Health & Safety

We take our responsibility towards Health & Safety with the upmost importance. We are committed to providing a safe working environment for all employees whilst ensuring everyone is fully up-skilled with the latest health & safety awareness & training.

Our Senior Management Team believe that maintaining a live, dynamic and interactive safety management system promotes a greater understanding of the hazards and risks we face each day in the workplace. It is our philosophy to continually engage with our workforce and our H&S management team will support all our site teams by visiting site to help ensure compliance and standards are never compromised.

Minimising Risk

All of our teams are fully equipped to carry out any work in a safe a secure manner and our management structure supports and guides the teams on every visit. Although every site is different, our wealth of knowledge within the industry means we are as fully equipped to minimise any risk our teams and clients may face.

Training

All of our on-site operatives hold valid CSCS cards as proof of competence, coupled with the offering of on-site Supervisors & Managers who hold valid certification of SSSTS (Site Supervisory Safety Training Scheme) or, alternatively SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme).

PPE

All operatives are fully furnished with all appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and we hold our own Fusion Shopfitting Limited Method Statements & Risk Assessments. We openly welcome third party audits on our Health & Safety policies & procedures - (our Health & Safety policy and subsequent documentation is available upon request).

Covid-19

In these unprecedented times we are adapting on a daily basis to keep our teams and clients as COVID-19 secure as possible. All teams are fully briefed as to their personal hygiene responsibilities such as regular hand washing, antibacterial usage and the minimum requirements of wearing a face covering. On top of this we also ensure that each team has its own “work bubble” to keep interaction to a minimum and maintaining social distancing regulations.

We refer to the government guidance as and when required to ensure we are fully up to date on any new updates in relation to the current pandemic.
