Accomplished leader and developer of teams and process with an advanced understanding of installation partners within complex, fast moving, customer-centric organisations. Multi-site responsibility coupled with extensive project management experience, an individual who is passionate in relation to service and customer experience.

Having a highly successful career within the retail sector, Steven brings over 20 years’ experience of working within an Operations environment. A professional operator whom is passionate around service delivery to our customers, Steven also is responsible for the resource and subsequent capacity planning and strategy for Fusion coupled with all IT projects.
Earl Plummer
Operations Support

Earl has over 15 years’ experience of working within an Operations environment. Having worked within the civil service, coupled with domestic and commercial construction, Earl is responsible for all scheduled fleet (vehicle) planned maintenance, along with maintaining Fusion’s onsite compliance along with ensuring all our tradesman have all tooling and materials required, to deliver our projects on time to the required standards.

Darren is responsible for all items financial and facilitates the interface between our day-to-day financial responsibilities with our long-term financial objectives. Payroll, accounts payable, financial reporting, preparation of managed accounts, vehicles and associated costings, are just some of the items that Darren manages and has full accountability for delivery of.
